Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Manager, Real Estate Transactions and Facility Operations in Reston, VA to keep our RE&F portfolio moving. You will gather, review lease documents, assemble approval packages, maintain trackers, and coordinate with brokers and internal partners to avoid delays.

This hands-on, detail-oriented role requires strong organization, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Hybrid work is available; US Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with a Master's.
• Strong knowledge of lease documents and terminology, including renewals and escalations.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transactional real estate and facilities tasks, including RFAs and approvals.
• Assemble and verify RFA packages, track signatures and version control.
• Liaise with brokers, landlords, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.
• Support tenant-improvement buildouts and maintain buildout records.
