Job summary

The ReMA - Recycled Materials Association, based in Washington, DC, seeks a Human Resources & Facilities Manager to lead HR programs, workplace operations, and facilities functions. This role reports to the Vice President, HR and supports business continuity across the organization.

Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, vendor management, and compliance, with a hybrid work model in DC, three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five or more years of comparable experience.
• Experience supporting HR programs, recruiting, onboarding, and vendor management.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration: support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation initiatives, and development programs.
• Facilities & Office Operations: oversee facilities operations, vendor management, office services, space planning, and safety initiatives.
• Leadership & Collaboration: guide administrative staff, develop SOPs, and partner with departments to drive initiatives.
