Qualifications

• 10+ years of Human Resources leadership experience with a proven track record of advancement and business success.
• Deep technical HR competence across HR disciplines; ability to influence with business acumen.
• Professional demeanor; outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience in client management around strategic HR issues such as talent management and change management.
• Ability to partner with Finance, Technology, Talent Acquisition and Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the strategy for Enterprise and line of business HR priorities and talent initiatives.
• Drives organizational health, inclusion, performance management, and succession planning.
• Partners with senior leaders to align HR programs with enterprise culture and conduct principles.
• Oversees headcount analytics, financials/expenses, promotions, and key HR initiatives.
• Leads the HR Manager and supports leadership coaching and development.
• Leads year-end compensation process and coordinates market assessments.
• Designs and delivers organizational development initiatives to improve performance.
