Bank of America, National Association, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to guide executive HR strategy for Merrill Wealth Management and ISG/CIO. The role emphasizes organizational design, leadership development, talent acquisition, and compensation in a complex, multi-business environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide HR initiatives, ensure effective workforce planning, and lead a high-impact team, with a focus on inclusive culture and business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Human Resources leadership experience with a proven track record of advancement and business success.
• Deep technical HR competence across HR disciplines; ability to influence using a balance of technical HR expertise, business acumen, and relationship skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and key functions such as Finance, Technology, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Compensation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in interactions with executives and teams.
• Proven ability to drive organizational design, change management, and leadership development initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Establishes strategy for HR priorities across the enterprise and lines of business, focusing on talent acquisition, performance, development, succession, and compensation.
• Partner with senior leaders to align HR programs with Enterprise culture and conduct principles.
• Oversee headcount planning, analytics, and HR program effectiveness across organizations.
• Lead and develop the HR Manager(s) supporting the businesses with coaching and guidance.
• Drive year-end compensation planning and collaborate on market assessments and reward strategies.
• Design and deliver organizational development initiatives to improve performance and productivity.
