Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior Human Resources leader to serve as the Human Resources Executive for Merrill Wealth Management’s ISG & CIO teams in New York. You will partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities, focusing on talent, compensation, organizational design, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR leadership, deep HR expertise, and a proven ability to drive change and coach executives in a complex financial-services

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Human Resources leadership experience with a proven track record of advancement and business success.
• Deep technical HR competence across HR disciplines with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Establishes the strategy for Enterprise and line of business HR priorities and drives organizational effectiveness across talent acquisition, performance management, talent development and learning, succession planning, compensation, etc.
• Partners with senior leaders to ensure programs align with Enterprise culture and conduct principles, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.
• Oversees headcount reporting, analytics, financials/expenses, promotions, inclusion, performance, talent management, and cross-HR initiatives.
• Leads organization design, change management, and workforce planning to improve productivity and cohesion.
• Drives HR systems usage (Workday, Tableau) for informed decision making.
• Leads/participates in LOB HR initiatives.
