Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in deals/HR due diligence or related field.
• Experience analyzing workforce data and organizational design in transactions.
• Ability to build client relationships and mentor junior staff.
• Understanding of post-merger integration and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing human resources due diligence findings across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Assessing workforce, talent, and organizational design implications tied to transaction activity
• Developing integration strategies that address leadership, retention, culture, and operating model alignment
• Interpreting employee data, policy documents, and transaction materials to identify risks and value opportunities
• Coordinating assigned workstreams and preparing client-ready deliverables that summarize findings and recommendations
• Applying project management tools and deal lifecycle methods to track tasks, timelines, and open issues
• Building client relationships by anticipating information needs and responding to changing transaction priorities
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing guidance on research, analysis, and deliverable development
