Job summary

PwC International is seeking a Strategy& Deals Strategy - Commercial Due Diligence Senior Associate in New York. You will navigate transactions by analyzing market trends, evaluating opportunities, and shaping strategic frameworks that support informed decisions in mergers, divestitures, and restructurings.

You will mentor junior staff, manage workstreams, and build client relationships while developing core technical skills within the Deals practice.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze commercial due diligence requests and break down transaction drivers into workstreams.
Evaluate market trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics to inform deal strategy.
Build financial and operational models to assess performance, value creation, and risks.
Interpret management materials, industry research, and public data to inform insights.
Synthesize findings into concise deliverables for client teams and stakeholders.
Support project planning, task tracking, and milestone delivery across transactions.
Collaborate across teams to gather inputs and refine strategic recommendations.
Mentor junior team members on research methods, analysis, and presentation development.
Develop client relationships by anticipating needs and responding to changing priorities.
Uphold standards while managing work under ambiguity and deadlines.
Contribute to go-to-market planning and execution to drive growth.
