Job summary

PwC is seeking a Deals Delivering Deal Value HR Due Diligence Senior Associate to support people-focused diligence for transactions, helping clients assess workforce implications and shape actions that drive deal readiness and value.

You will analyze issues, manage workstreams, and mentor junior team members while developing your technical skills within our Advisory practice, focusing on HR due diligence across mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing human resources due diligence findings across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Assessing workforce, talent, and organizational design implications tied to transaction activity
• Developing integration strategies that address leadership, retention, culture, and operating model alignment
• Interpreting employee data, policy documents, and transaction materials to identify risks and value opportunities
• Coordinating assigned workstreams and preparing client-ready deliverables that summarize findings and recommendations
• Applying project management tools and deal lifecycle methods to track tasks, timelines, and open issues
• Building client relationships by anticipating information needs and responding to changing transaction priorities
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing guidance on research, analysis, and deliverable development
