Job summary

PwC in Los Angeles is seeking an HR Due Diligence Senior Associate to support people-focused diligence for transactions, assess workforce implications, and shape actions that drive deal readiness and value creation. You will analyze complex issues, manage workstreams, mentor juniors, and contribute to talent, organization, and change decisions within Advisory.

The role focuses on HR due diligence across mergers and acquisitions, translating findings into client-ready deliverables and actionable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant work.

Responsibilities

Analyzing human resources due diligence findings across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Assessing workforce, talent, and organizational design implications tied to transaction activity.
Developing integration strategies that address leadership, retention, culture, and operating model alignment.
Interpreting employee data, policy documents, and transaction materials to identify risks and value opportunities.
Coordinating assigned workstreams and preparing client-ready deliverables that summarize findings and recommendations.
Applying project management tools and deal lifecycle methods to track tasks, timelines, and open issues.
Building client relationships by anticipating information needs and responding to changing transaction priorities.
Reviewing the work of junior team members and providing guidance on research, analysis, and deliverable development
