Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field and 7+ years in HR.
• At least 5 years administering HR in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a true business partner with client management to provide guidance and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across HR functions.
• Coordinate with union leadership to resolve issues and manage discipline processes.
• Administer HR programs and develop personnel policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee engagement and performance management to reduce turnover and improve skills.
