MV Transportation is seeking a Human ResourcesDirector to lead the HR functions at ourtransit client sites. In this position, the ideal candidate may carry out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: organizational change, employee relations, succession and talent management, recruiting, training, employment, affirmative action, and employment equity programs. They have overall responsibility ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The HR Director also works with Union leadership to resolve any issues and provides guidance to the management team as it relates to progressive discipline actions.
