Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on corporate training and development.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CPLP certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Training & Development: identify skill gaps, design programs, leadership development, onboarding, compliance, upskilling.
• LMS Administration: oversee LMS, content curation, tracking participation, evaluating effectiveness.
• Facilitation: lead internal trainings and manage external vendors.
• Career Pathing: build career development frameworks and mentorship programs.
• Performance Management: oversee annual reviews and goal-setting.
• Employee Relations: advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions.
• Policy & Compliance: ensure HR policies comply with laws.
• Culture & Engagement: drive inclusive, high-performance culture.
