Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a strategic Director of Organizational Development to drive leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders, HR partners, and centers of excellence to design and implement solutions that strengthen leadership capability and support business growth.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Organizational Development or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to design solutions.
Lead a team of Leadership Development Training Specialists and serve as trusted advisor on leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and talent strategies.
Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of leadership and organizational development offerings.
Consult with leaders and HR Partners on organizational effectiveness, performance management, and talent development opportunities.
