Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years HR experience.
• Strong MS Office and HRIS knowledge.
• Working knowledge across HR functions including compensation, staffing, employee relations, safety and policy development.
• Current knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees effectively.
• SHRM and/or HRCI Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to assigned locations and management teams to align HR objectives with business goals.
• Oversee employee relations, compensation, staffing, training, and organizational development.
• Ensure legal compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Analyze compensation trends and propose pay adjustment recommendations to attract/retain top talent.
• Develop learning and development programs for internal employees.
• Support Open Door Policy and administer HR policies, procedures, regulations, and contracts.
• Manage local workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and training programs.
