Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• 7 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations compliance talent management and HR operations.
• Experience guiding leadership and developing HR staff.
• Knowledge of compensation benefits performance management recruitment and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with TASCs mission and organizational goals.
• Advise leadership on employee relations workforce planning and employment decisions.
• Oversee recruitment onboarding performance management and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
