Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field with professional HR certification preferred.
• SPHR or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager in healthcare or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate HR functions.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and wage analyses.
• Ensure employment law and policy compliance.
• Support credentialing processes per HRSA/FTCA guidelines.
• Lead employee relations and training initiatives.
