Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an HR Director in Boston, MA. The role blends strategic direction with hands-on leadership, guiding the HR team and shaping policies and programs across the organization.

Location is hybrid in Boston, onsite 2 days/week. The candidate will drive employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives while partnering with leadership to advance learning and development offerings and HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive and well-rounded HR experience.
• Direct people management experience required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Review, create, and implement HR policies & procedures.
• Oversee HR operations organization-wide and lead the development of new HR initiatives.
• Provide coaching to managers around employee relations issues and investigations as needed.
• Assess current learning & development offerings to identify gaps where additional training and resources are needed.
• Manage & develop the HR team.
• Establish strong working relationships with leadership and managers.
