Greenville Water is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and shape the company’s HR strategy, policies, and programs. You will collaborate with the Chief Human Resources Officer to align workforce initiatives with strategic goals, drive employee engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role oversees payroll, benefits, training, and organizational development, while guiding a skilled HR team and supporting the Commission with HR briefings as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field is required.
• 7–10 years of HR management experience with at least 5 years in supervision/management.
• SHRM CP or SHRM SCP certification preferred; SC driver’s license with good driving record desired.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes HR strategies in partnership with the Chief Human Resources Officer.
• Administers HR policies, researches new policies, and coaches on policy interpretation.
• Manages bi-annual HR budget and benefits design/redesign.
• Oversees hiring processes including interviewing, testing, and offer approval.
• Leads organizational development, training programs, and employee communications.
