Job summary

HDR is seeking a senior integrated water resources planner or engineer to join our Water Resources team in Greenville, South Carolina. This role includes managing planning and compliance projects in environmental contexts.

Ideal candidates will bring at least 10 years of experience and will be self-starters committed to teamwork. The position offers a competitive salary between $100,000 and $195,000, along with extensive benefits including health insurance and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience dealing with environmental impact issues and associated permit processes.
• Must have a self-starter attitude and commitment to employee ownership culture.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large planning and environmental compliance projects.
• Prepare, plan, and analyze compliance documents.
• Demonstrate extensive public participation and agency coordination experience.
