Job summary

Hogan & Associates Executive Search, a Minneapolis-based retained search firm, seeks a Director of Human Resources to own the HR function across payroll, benefits, compliance, and talent management. You will partner with leadership, manage a team, and ensure systems and records stay accurate for ~70 employees across multiple states.

The role is onsite and requires extensive HR experience, a strong HRIS background, and a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of comprehensive HR experience required.
• 5+ years leading HR teams required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel, Google Applications, HRIS.
• Proficiency with and experience establishing an HRIS and talent management system.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Serve as advisor to leadership and drive HR initiatives across the organization.
• Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and system optimization.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations in a multi-state environment.
