Job summary

Vizient is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning workforce capabilities with business objectives and driving organizational success. You will collaborate with COEs to design talent solutions, lead succession planning, and optimize leadership development.

The role requires strong data-driven consulting, knowledge of employment law, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in HR business partnership, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a strategic business partner and advisor to Senior Leaders and management teams.
• Analyzes workforce data and provides data-driven recommendations.
• Facilitates strategic discussions to develop integrated talent solutions.
• Supports organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support strategic workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
