Job summary

Vizient seeks an enterprise Employee Relations leader to shape and execute the ER strategy across the organization. You will advise executive leadership and HR Business Partners, manage complex investigations, and guide workforce transitions while balancing risk and business objectives.

You will coach leaders on performance management, discipline, and conflict resolution, build a high-performing ER team, and collaborate with Legal on high-stakes matters to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Demonstrated Employee Relations experience, including leadership of enterprise programs.
• Experience advising executive leaders and coaching people leaders on performance management and workplace conflict.
• Experience conducting and overseeing complex investigations involving discrimination, harassment, or misconduct.
• Experience supporting organizational restructures or major transformations.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA).
• Experience partnering with internal/external counsel on investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise Employee Relations strategy.
• Oversee investigations involving discrimination, harassment, or misconduct.
• Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution and corrective action.
• Lead a high-performing Employee Relations team.
• Partner with Legal on matters with potential litigation or regulatory implications.
• Drive workforce transitions including restructures, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Provide data-driven insights through analytics and dashboards.
