Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to head the enterprise Employee Relations function. You will advise executives, shape policies, and drive investigations, workforce transitions, and governance across the organization.

You will mentor a high-performing team, leverage data, and partner with Legal and HR to mitigate risk while ensuring compliant, business-focused outcomes. This role requires extensive travel and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 7+ years of related Employee Relations experience.
• Experience advising executives and coaching leaders on performance management and workplace conflict.
• Experience conducting complex investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct.
• Experience supporting organizational restructures, mergers, acquisitions.
• Knowledge of employment laws including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, PWFA, NLRA.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Employee Relations strategy aligned with objectives, culture, and risk management.
• Lead Employee Relations programs, policies, processes, service standards, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Advise executive leadership, HR Partners, Legal, and people leaders on complex matters and risk.
• Coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, and difficult conversations.
• Oversee investigations into discrimination, harassment, misconduct, and policy violations.
• Guide restructures, workforce reductions, mergers, and acquisitions with HR and Legal partners.
• Collaborate with Legal on matters with potential litigation or regulatory implications.
• Establish governance, data integrity, and analytics for executive decision-making.
