Qualifications

• Lead HR operations with policies, systems, and budgets.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and administer compensation, benefits, and personnel policies.
• Partner with leadership to provide guidance on personnel matters and contribute to strategic planning.
• Oversee HR systems, personnel records, and reporting processes.
