Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, plus three years of management/administration experience.
• Preferred: experience in HR leadership, supervision, union contracts, and organizational administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations: Oversee HR functions, including policies, systems, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Manage & Develop Staff: Supervise and support HR team members through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development.
• Ensure Compliance & Administration: Maintain compliance with employment laws while administering compensation, benefits, and personnel policies.
• Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on personnel matters and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Oversee HR Systems & Records: Ensure HR systems, personnel records, and reporting processes are accurate, secure, and up to date.
