Job summary

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans seeks a mission-driven Chief Human Resources Officer to lead people and culture across CCANO and its ministries. You will shape talent strategy, leadership development, compliance, and workforce planning for a ~300-employee organization, ensuring Catholic identity and commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

As CHRO, you will advise the President/CEO, alignHR policies with government funding requirements, and drive culture rooted in compassion,

Qualifications

Master's degree required in HR, business or related field.
10+ years HR leadership experience in large or complex orgs.
Experience with nonprofit or social services environments preferred.
Expertise in employment law, compliance and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead people and culture strategy for CCANO and affiliated ministries.
Oversee talent strategy, workforce planning, compliance and workforce analytics.
Serve as strategic advisor to President/CEO and executive team.
Ensure policies and systems meet regulatory requirements for government-funded programs.
Establish consistent employment practices across affiliated agencies.
