Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office.
• Proficiency in employment laws and regulations at federal, state and local levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and direct HR strategies, policies and programs aligned with organizational goals and compliance.
• Provide strategic HR leadership to executives, managers and employees on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and talent management.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management, succession planning and employee development.
• Administer compensation, benefits and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Analyze HR data to drive decisions and organizational improvements.
• Lead organizational change and culture initiatives to support growth and engagement.
