SourceDirect Talent is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (HR Business Partner) in Spring Grove, IL. This role involves aligning business objectives with employees, providing HR services including recruitment and employee relations, and acting as a consultant to management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP and PHR. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to HR needs.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR®, or PHR®.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive HR services to assigned work units.
• Collaborate with department leadership for workforce needs.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees.
• Counsel employees on HR-related issues and resolve concerns.
• Conduct employee screenings and recommend top candidates.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and documentation.
• Conduct investigations regarding complaints and recommend actions.
• Represent the company at unemployment and EEOC hearings.
• Contribute to special projects and network within HR community.

Educación
