Job summary

Indiana Professional Management Group is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership and oversight of our HR function in Indiana. The role leads the HR team across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, engagement, and compliance while partnering with executive leadership to align people strategies with IPMG's mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience including team leadership.
• SHRM or PHR certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience providing HR guidance to organizational leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the HR department.
• Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify organizational needs and develop HR strategies.
• Improve processes and implement initiatives that support IPMG's mission, values, and long-term goals.
• Develop the team and build relationships across departments and leadership levels.
• Drive projects from planning through implementation.
