Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and compliance.
• Experience across recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR initiatives and day‑to‑day HR execution for ~100 employees.
• Ensure compliance and maintain confidential employee records.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate leave management, wage/hour compliance, and investigations.
• Partner with CEO and management to shape organization structure and succession.
