Job summary

Quantimetrix, a rapidly growing biotechnology company in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Director of Human Resources. The role leads HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and QMS interactions within a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of HR leadership, deep knowledge of California and Ohio employment law, and experience partnering with executives and outside counsel. FDA-regulated settings preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience developing and executing HR strategy.
• Strong knowledge of California and Ohio employment requirements.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and outside counsel.
• FDA-regulated environment experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and development.
• Lead HR initiatives on change, retention, and employee development.
• Provide HR metrics, analysis, and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, systems, and records.
