Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to HR team members and drive workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across all locations.
• Lead HR operations, payroll reviews, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
• Oversee talent management, onboarding/offboarding, training, and leadership development initiatives.
• Guide projects on mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational change.
