OneSource Distributors in California is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with the President and leadership team to drive people strategies that boost performance and ensure compliant, engaging employee experiences.

You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and HR operations across multiple locations, shaping capability and culture while managing compensation, labor cost, and analytics to deliver measurable business results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership roles.
• Experience supporting a multi-location or matrixed organization.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
• California compliance expertise and HR certifications preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

• Strategic partnership: align HR strategy with business goals, growth, and operational priorities; serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.
• Drive disciplined performance management with clear expectations, coaching, and no-surprises outcomes.

• Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, training, and practical guidance for people leaders.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Partner with leadership and finance on compensation strategy, headcount planning, and labor cost management.
• Drive process improvement, ensure data integrity, and leverage workforce analytics to inform decisions while linking insights to business outcomes such as productivity, retention, and operational performance.
