Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Seven years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Five years as an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations professional, or comparable strategic HR role.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations Specialists.
• Provide strategic consultation to leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, succession planning, and talent management.
• Ensure HRBP and Employee Relations provide proactive consultation and partnership across the organization.
• Analyze workforce trends and prepare reports for executive leadership.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and leaders on sensitive workforce issues.
