Frisco ISD seeks a strategic leader to oversee human resources operations, systems, and investigations, ensuring district goals and compliance. The role guides HR initiatives, data analysis, and policy implementation across the district.

You will lead personnel investigations, support recruitment and retention, and collaborate with district leaders to address complex HR matters while safeguarding confidentiality and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• Texas Administrator certificate preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment law, investigations, and HR best practices
• Experience in interviewing, selecting, training staff, and analytics

Responsabilités

• Strategic HR leadership and operations to support district goals
• Guide HR information systems, onboarding, offboarding, and position management
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and reporting
• Support recruitment, development, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and district policies
• Collaborate with district leadership and stakeholders to address complex HR matters
• Supervise HR personnel and provide professional development
