Job summary

Frisco ISD is seeking a Managing Director of Secondary Instruction to guide curricular priorities and instructional quality across campuses in Frisco, Texas. This role directs campus operations, supervises staff, and partners with district leaders to ensure high standards of learning and safety.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Educational Administration, a Texas principal certificate, and several years in instructional leadership, with strong data interpretation and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Texas principal certification.
• Eligible to be a T-TESS appraiser.
• ILD/AEL certification preferred.
• Two years classroom experience; three years instructional leadership.
• Campus-level administrative experience required; secondary admin preferred.
