Zusammenfassung

The Addison Group is seeking an experienced HR leader to partner with senior executives and guide people strategy across a growing, multi-location operation. You will lead the HR team, manage employee relations, and ensure policy compliance while driving talent acquisition and leadership development.

Ideal candidates have a track record advising senior leadership, strong communication, and expertise in employment law within industrial settings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years leading HR professionals or a significant HR function
• Proven experience advising senior leaders and managing complex employee relations and organizational issues
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in a growing, multi-location operational environment such as distribution, manufacturing, construction, or industrial (strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with HRIS, talent management systems, Microsoft Office, and emerging HR technology
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred, along with high integrity, discretion, and strong communication skills

Aufgaben

• Partner with senior HR and talent leadership to turn people and culture strategy into HR programs and execution
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable the HR team, setting clear expectations, priorities, and growth opportunities
• Oversee employee relations, including complex investigations, discipline, conflict resolution, and terminations
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment law while supporting company culture and business needs
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, workforce and succession planning, and leadership development
• Use HR data and employee feedback to spot trends, recommend action, and keep HR, payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes aligned
• Protect and strengthen a values-driven culture as the company grows, serving as a visible culture ambassador across locations
