Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Director of HR to lead human resources for a regional unit spanning Canada, the US and Mexico. You will partner with executive leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with regional and global direction.

The role oversees talent management, workforce planning, employee relations and HR KPIs, driving engagement and organizational effectiveness across locations. Strong change leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR leadership experience across multi-location operations.
• Experience aligning HR programs with business goals and strategy.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to influence executives and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: develop and execute BU HR strategy and program delivery.
• Talent & Organizational Development: lead succession planning, leadership development and training.
• Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance and ethical standards across locations.
• HR Operations & Workforce Planning: oversee headcount planning and cost management.
