CEVA Logistics is seeking a Director of HR to lead all Human Resources activities for a Regional Business Unit covering Canada, US and Mexico. You will partner with executive leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with regional and global directions, driving talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement across multiple locations.

The role requires 12+ years of HR leadership experience, HR certifications, and strong knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience managing HR teams across multi-location initiatives.
Strong knowledge of employment laws.
HR projects that impact the whole organization (onboarding, HRIS upgrades, compensation).

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and execute BU HR strategy and program delivery.
Advise leaders and drive execution of strategies to attract, engage, and retain talent.
Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership; align HR programs with business goals.
Translate company objectives into approaches tailored to each business unit.
Lead succession planning and leadership development.
Drive talent management, performance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance and efficiency of HR policies across locations.
Manage and develop the BU HR team; collaborate with regional HR Directors.
