CEVA Logistics is seeking a Talent Development & Learning (TD&L) Manager to define and deploy the regional TD&L strategy across the U.S. and Canada, aligning with global programs.

This role supports performance and culture enablement, develops talent with structured training paths, and helps build a strong leadership pipeline for CEVA USA/Canada. The role focuses on translating strategy, deploying high-impact learning solutions, and ensuring consistent delivery across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development or HR roles.
• Experience with vendor selection and training facilitation.
• Project management for global initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate global L&D strategy into regional roadmap.
• Deploy leadership, management, behavioral, and functional learning solutions.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of learning initiatives across USA & Canada.
