Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

Mansioni

• Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for school staff.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and related laws.
• Monitor employee records and HR reporting for audits and accreditation.
