Job summary

Fusion Recruiters is seeking an HR Business Partner (potential for senior level) to join the team in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This hybrid role partners with manufacturing leaders to align people strategies with business goals and provide coaching on employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operations environments.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, employment law, workplace investigations, manager coaching, and organizational development.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and geographically dispersed leadership teams while operating independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated success partnering with operations leaders through organizational growth, change management, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned manufacturing facilities, providing day‑to‑day coaching and support to leaders.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring consistent application of employment policies and practices.
• Coach supervisors and managers on performance management, employee development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Support organizational change initiatives, restructures, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Analyze workforce trends and identify opportunities to improve retention, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
