San Carlos Apache Tribal Gaming seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead all HR functions under the CEO. You will oversee recruitment, compensation, records, education, employee relations, policy formulation, and performance development while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with laws.

The role requires strategic planning, implementation of HR initiatives, and collaboration across departments to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required; four years progressive HR experience
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Must be 21+ years old; background checks and drug screen as required

• Develops strategic plan for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, records, and development
• Establishes goals and policies aligned with the strategic plan
• Recruitment, selection, and termination of employees; administer salary and benefits programs; ensure compliance with laws
