Job summary

Sandia Resort & Casino seeks an experienced Human Resources leader to plan, organize, and direct comprehensive HR programs for a large, complex organization. Responsibilities include employment services, benefits, training, compensation, and employee relations within a tribal/regulatory framework.

The role requires 10+ years in HR, 5 years supervising, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Ten (10) years progressively responsible experience in one or more HR functions in a large complex organization.
• Five (5) Years Supervisory experience.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and directs the Pueblo’s human resources program including employment services, benefits, training and development, classification and compensation.
• Provides technical expertise and guidance in HR areas.
• Develops and implements HR policies and processes compliant with regulations.
• Directs workforce planning and recruitment methodologies.
