Job summary

Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians is seeking a Director of Human Resources to plan, lead, and develop HR across Tribal Government, Rolling Hills Clinics, Paskenta Mad River Brewing, and other tribal enterprises. You will set a high standard for talent strategy, recruitment, retention, and organizational culture.

The role requires strategic leadership, HR policy development, compensation and benefits oversight, training, and HIPAA/compliance knowledge to support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management or related field with progressive leadership experience.
• THRP certification or ability to obtain within the first year of employment.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft applications.
• Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the HR strategy across government, clinic and tribal enterprises.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Oversee talent acquisition, compensation, benefits administration and workforce planning.
• Provide coaching and leadership development to management and staff.
