Job summary

Staples is seeking an HR Delivery Program Manager in Framingham to lead planning, coordination, and execution of HR Delivery programs and cross-functional initiatives. You will connect HR Delivery leaders, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business stakeholders to drive aligned plans, governance, and operating rhythms that move people initiatives forward with clarity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Management, Organizational Development, Project Management or equivalent.
• 7+ years in program/project management, HR ops, or related function.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience using Office tools to prepare executive presentations and reports while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of HR Delivery programs, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain annual HR calendar, plans, roadmaps, playbooks, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across HR Delivery, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, leaders, and external vendors.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; develop mitigation plans.
• Prepare executive presentations, leadership briefings, business reviews, and action tracking.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve HR processes and employee experience.
