Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Management, Organizational Development, Project Management, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, HR business partner support, or related functions.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including developing plans, tracking deliverables, risks, dependencies, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools to prepare executive-level presentations and communications while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, execution, and governance of HR Delivery programs, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the annual HR operating calendar, project plans, roadmaps, playbooks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across HR Delivery, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and vendors to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery commitments; develop mitigation plans as needed.
• Prepare executive presentations, leadership briefings, business reviews, communications, updates, meeting agendas, and action tracking.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve HR processes, service delivery, and employee experience.
