Qualifications

• Strong Workday HCM and Payroll process knowledge and reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL with large datasets and data validation.
• Experience with Workday reporting, data reconciliation, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM and Payroll reports and SQL queries.
• Analyze HR and Payroll data to identify trends, anomalies, and data-quality issues.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
• Provide Excel-based analysis and data reconciliation for leadership.
• Support testing and validation with Workday releases and system changes.
• Create documentation and training materials for reporting.
• Promote data quality and data governance across HR systems.
