Job summary

Endologix LLC seeks a Sr. Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations, onboarding, employee programs, communications, records management, and special projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, and maintains confidentiality while managing multiple priorities. This hybrid/remote role requires three on-site days weekly at our Santa Rosa facility.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience, preferably in California.
• Experience with pre-employment, onboarding, benefits and compliance.
• Experience maintaining employee files and HR records.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of California employment laws and wage/hour requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration support and manage inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire orientations.
• Assist with HR compliance, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support employee engagement programs and surveys.
• Organize HR records, policies, and department resources.
