Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is hiring a field Client HR Business Partner III. This remote role requires regular on-site client visits in the Salt Lake City metro and virtual support for California-based clients.

You will advise on HR issues using ADP product expertise and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges. Success hinges on building client relationships, clear communication, and delivering insights and best practices to guide senior clients and ADP leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5–8 years in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results.
• >5% travel anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products.
• Communicate effectively to exceed client expectations and provide prompt follow-up.
• Interpret issues and share best practices with clients and leadership.
